Maybe there's a screen time of year.... because we have been receiving a number of enquiries in recent weeks at Bay Medical regarding our fantastic Silentia Screens.
And it's not really surprising... Silentia means stillness and quiet and these Swedish screens are a patented system used to improve patient comfort and the indoor environment at hospitals and other care facilities.
The screen takes up little space when it's not being used, it can be mounted on the wall and is easy to pull out, section by section, to the desired length. It can be fixed in different positions and is available in two heights. It is also available as a mobile screen.
The screens are EasyClean, they have smooth surfaces that can withstand hospital-grade disinfectants. The enclosed wheels can easily be removed and washed in a dishwasher. All products meet strict hygiene requirements and all surfaces are accessible for cleaning.
Silentia Screens come in a choice of different colours and patterns to blend in and create a harmonious impression. A new addition is Daylight, a frosted screen that lets more light into wards. Another addition is the Print Collection, a series of patterns that inspire children’s imagination.
Each Silentia screen is made to measure, as small or large as required and there is a model with a built in x-ray shield.
